Toro porridge in chicken soup

Chicken Soup Porridge with Toro

part 1 (ckn soup)
chicken drumsticks
wolfberry
red dates
water

put everything in the pot & bring to boil for about 5 hrs.

part 2
5 grain rice (soak overnite for softness)
toro
puree vegetables (bak choy)
soup from the ckn soup


bring the rice to boil with the soup and adding some water too.
slice the toro into fine pieces.
pump all ingredients in when the porridge is almost ready.
and VIOLA!! Toro porridge in chicken soup... Brendan ate 2 BIG bowls of it!! :-)

Am turning 1 soon... my mommy decided to make me or rather ask auntie pawprint to make me some posters!! (lazy mommy has also FINALLY decided to update my blog!!) Mommy had planned a HUGE party for me in celebration of life BUT unfortunately... many rsvp to say they're not gonna be in town.
